Sponsorships
There are many ways to sponsor the Washington Health Foundation!

2006 Governor's Community Health Bowl
This important component of the Healthiest State in the Nation Campaign supports Governor Christine Gregoire's commitment to a healthier Washington. This six week event rallies citizens, organizations and students of our state to raise awareness to improve health. More than 35,000 individuals, more than 950 organizations and students from over over 350 schools will be participating this year alone! There are many high profile events, press opportunities and activities associated with the Bowl.

thrive! magazine
thrive! is a popular, quarterly magazine which has a circulation of over 150,000 statewide. We use our magazine to showcase Champion and community success stories, and to educate readers on how they can help make Washington the Healthiest State in the Nation. Articles on health and wellness and profiles of celebrities (such as Jay Buhner!) help to make this magazine a fun and exciting way to promote health in our state. Ad purchases are also available.

Heroes of Health Care Reception
Each year we acknowledge those that heroically strive to make Washington the Healthiest State in the Nation. This celebration and awards ceremony has honored individuals and organizations from around the state doing exceptional work in promoting health and wellness.

Health Fairs and Conferences
Culturally appropriate, community-based health fairs and conferences are designed to reach populations experiencing health disparities. As an example, WHF's Latina Health Fair is an innovative way to meet the unique health care needs of women by giving free medical exams, including mammograms, diabetes testing and dental screenings. Health fairs and conferences are an important part of how WHF reaches out to the community.
