Major Grants will be given to participating organizations in the Healthiest State Campaign for support of community-based health promotion partnerships aimed at increasing physical activity, improving nutrition and increasing immunization rates for young children ages 19-35 months.

The grant period is for one year. Applications are accepted for up to $50,000. The deadline for applications is March 15, 2007. Awards are announced in June.
